At OdLoom, we want you to have a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we provide an easy return and refund process under the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or wrong at the time of delivery.
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
- Used or damaged products caused by the customer.
- Customized or personalized items.
3. Return Process
- Contact us via email/phone/WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order ID, reason for return, and product images (if applicable).
- Our support team will guide you through pickup/return instructions.
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
4. Refund Policy
- Approved Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.).
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made to your bank account/UPI ID after verification.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or wrong.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, first check your bank account.
- Then contact your bank or payment provider as processing may take time.
- If the issue still exists, please contact us.
